Housing Prices Spike Across Los Angeles County

LOS ANGELES, CA — The median price of an existing, single-family home in the Los Angeles metro area was $770,000 in March, up from $725,000 in February and up from $680,000 one year ago — with the year-to-year hike representing a 13.2% increase, the California Association of Realtors reported Tuesday.
